Laymen Vs Academia

The government was created by & for the people and it is said that ignorance of the law is no excuse when you break the law.  If the general public cannot understand the law as written the law is no good!  When laws written in legalese (academia) it seems to be written just to promote the occupation and control of attorneys.  The law can be written so the laymen can understand, we all can’t be attorneys.
